Tribute

I grew up getting checked out of school every Thursday at 1pm to go boating with my family. My dad always worked half days on Thursdays to give us a family day. It was our version of family night. I have so many wonderful memories of those days including: learning to ski with my brother Lincoln, nearly sinking because 'someone' forgot to put the plug in the bottom of the boat, and many hot days laying on the burning hot vinyl perfecting my tan.

Well today is a sad sad day as my parents are cleaning out the boat and selling it tomorrow. I just talked to my mom on the phone while she was cleaning out ropes, life jackets, and skis and we both shed a few tears in saying goodbye to our old friend.

I really cannot believe how sad I am about this (lets face it, I'm prego). So, the best thing I can think of to do is ensure that I give my kids and our family the same amazing summers that my parents gave me. So forget my kids college savings accounts, I'm going to take those pennies and put them in a summer boating account. Wouldn't you prefer that option too?

Though it wont be for a while, here's to many unforgettable hot days on the lake.

To start this first belly fat burning dumbbell exercise, hold a pair of light dumbbells with palms facing down
and get down into the pushup position. These websites may include "Dick's Sporting Goods" and
"Sports - Mart". However, if you travel often, or even if you choose
not to take that long break, there is no reason to stop exercise.
