Hello Newsy's! Whats new?

  • My sister Rachel had her babe, she is so beautiful and wonderful, but she also sent me into a bit of a panic attack. Reality is setting in that MY little girl will be here so soon!!! Its exciting but also scary. I am really hoping that I can do better with post-pardem this time. Wish me luck.

  • I did a wedding yesterday at the Gilgal Sculpture Gardens in SLC. (you should go there if you have never been, its now a public park) It was a pagan hippie wedding and very cool. I cut my finger open with pruning scheers as I was putting the flowers on the cake...HOLY COW! You all would be so proud of me, I didn't cry or go into shock, I remained calm and wrapped it up in a napkin and floral tape. Luckily, no blood on the cake, but it was all over the ground underneath(oops)

  • I have been having a lot of contractions which apparently doesn't mean much. They are so confusing because I keep thinking, "maybe she is going to come early" but that train of mind only discourages, so I am trying to just live in the now and be patient (especially since my Doc is gone for a while)

  • Eddy is getting so big, he loves the movie Cars and he asks to watch it 10 times a day by saying "Caah?" He also loves his dad. He follows him around and wants to be with him every second. He is getting so tall, he can now open the bathroom drawer and pull out Dannys razor. Yeah, its no good, he cut his mouth up the other day, but luckily it was not very bad. He also started swimming lessons today with me. We go to a mom and tot class that is actually really fun and not really 'swimming' its more like a play date but he had tons of fun.
  • (notice the work gloves on Eddys hands)

  • That's about it. Olive will most definitely be here by the 14th of September. Her due date is the 6th and she could even come earlier but if she doesn't the C. Sec. is scheduled for the 14th. EXCITING!

I love the name you have chosen! I'm excited to meet your little sweet one!

I love that someone did a wedding in Gilgal Park, that place is awesome. I never pictured a marriage there, but I guess there is a first for everything. Way to go!

That is Joseph Smith's face on the sphinx in that park. I don't know what it means but I'd recognize that puffy shirt anywhere.
