Day 4

I have been off of caffeine for 4 days and I'm about to give up. I slept on my couch all day yesterday, went to bed at 10pm woke up at 9am and now have a splitting headache. I need some support...today I'm at work sitting next to a fridge full of Diet Dr. Pepper...I just might cave. Be strong Libby, BE STRONG!

You can do it!! I have the same problem. I have made it to 30 days (not currently, but in the past) and I still give in. Sometimes having a drink of soda that is non-caffeinated helps me (like rootbeer). You can do it Libby!! BE STRONG!

Why on this good earth would you try to do something like that? I would never support such a cause.

Hey Libs! I gave up caffiene too, but just because I am getting too fat and all the drinks I like are about 150 calories. I have been drinking lots of water and that seems to help with the headaches a bit. But, try not to be to strict with yourself. If I am at a fast food place, I will get a coke and try not to feel too bad about it.
