Eddy is doing much better today. We got his blood work back and everything looks good, now we are just waiting for the Ciliac test, until then no gluten for this little boy. Needless to say I have been a bit stressed the past couple of weeks, its never fun to have a sick baby and my family has been so wonderful to help me out.
Lets start with mom and dad: My dad has been sick over Eddy. He calls me everyday to see if he has made any progress. The other day I was very upset and my dad called and said "Do you want me to drive up there to give you a hug?" How sweet is that? My mom has also been calling me every day to give me advice on his diet and has found me 2 of the top Docs in the state that work with children and their allergies. She has gone out of her way to make sure Eddy is getting the best care out there.

My sister heard about an illness called E.E. she found out all the information about it told and told me to ask my Dr. about it. Strangely enough, she was right on the nose. When I talked to my Doc. yesterday he brought it up and said we should have him tested. Then we started Eddy on some meds immediately in case that is what he has.
HE HASNT THROWN UP SINCE!
On Thursday I was having a particularly bad day and I called my other sister to tell her about Eddys morning, she came immediately to my house, brought me breakfast and fresh bread from Great Harvest. Then when I had to leave to take him to the hospital she cleaned my entire house! Who does that???
Then that night my brother surprised me by taking me to the Rascal Flatts concert. It was so great to have a break and the concert was AMAZING. There was not one song we didnt ALL know. My brother also gave me some really good advice. He told me that the only way to relive my anxiety and stress and to feel better is by having FAITH. I one hundred percent agree with him, but it is easier said than done. Last night my brother in-law came over to assist in giving Eddy a blessing and I am trying to have Faith and remember that no matter what happens, it is in the Lords hands and we will all be able to work through it.

Libby, I'm so glad to hear Eddy is feeling a little better. I've been worried about him (poor little guy!). You do have an Awesome Family! You're so lucky they all live near by and can help you out! That's awesome! I hope Eddy's test results come back with good results. We'll continue praying for him!
Wow. Poor Eddy, I hope the doctors can figure out what is going on with him soon. It is so hard watching your kids be sick and not being able to do anything about it. At least you have an awesome family to help you out!
