Eddy was given this pair of moon boots from like 1984 from his cousin. They are his favorite thing in the world. Lately Eddy has been waking up very early. I will put him back in bed until I am ready to get up and when I go in his room to get him up he is ALWAYS in bed wearing the boots. I'm pretty sure the reason he is waking up so early is because he is so excited to put them on. Well, he literally wears them EVERY day ALL day long and when they are not on him says, "Where's boots?" over and over. Well the other night he was taking a bath and his boots were sitting by the side of the bath, and suddenly I hear Danny yell, "What the heck are you doing Eddy?" then I hear Danny ringing something out into the bathtub. I ran in to see that Eddy had tried to put his boots on in the bath. So they were in the wash all day and they now smell very mildewy...bummer for Eddy but on the other hand, since the boots have been MIA he has been sleeping better!

Hey Libby! You seriously make me laugh! I love the post about you and your kids at lunch! I laughed so hard! I have totally been there! I think eddie loving his boots is too cute! Will loves his boots too and wore them everyday up until a month ago! I hear ya and can't wait for summer either. Good to catch up...I haven't seen u forever! My offer still stands, I will watch Olive anytime ( and eddy too) I could seriously eat her up! Call me if you want to run together...or swim or bike. I started training agin too . woohoo,so fun! We r doing the st george one in May. see ya soon
